So, I've gone a little overboard; of close to thirty songs picked for this podcast, I figured at least half would be turned down. I mean, musicians and labels have better things to do than hand out their music for free, right? Right?

As it turns out, maybe not. Either we contacted all the right labels (possible, I suppose) or just nagged enough to let us use the tracks (more likely), because hardly any seemed to have much of a problem with sharing their music for free.

The result? A massive, 79 minute podcast, full of music I've loved from the past two or three years (the oldest cut is from 2003, the newest from a couple of records still unreleased) cut into two parts that will still fit nicely together on a single CD-R. If, you know, you wanted to do something like that.

Now, with technical barriers and 79+ minutes of approved music to work in, this one isn't hosted like our last Podcast. But you can find all information about the songs, including the times they start/end, below, so hopefully it won't hurt too much.

Continued thanks to all labels and artists that cleared music for this podcast. Hopefully if you really like some of what you'll hear, you'll choose to support the artists.
